ST2 Plan and project list
On Nov. 4, 2008, voters of the Central Puget Sound region approved the Sound Transit 2 ballot measure. The plan adds regional express bus and commuter rail service while building 36 additional miles of light rail to form a 55-mile regional system.

The following documents provide additional details about individual projects contained in the Mass Transit Expansion Plan. These projects were adopted as part of the proposal by the Sound Transit Board of Directors on July 24, 2008. These documents were created for planning purposes and to generate cost estimates. Sound Transit provided updated infomation to the public about each project on this list as they are further developed.
