How to make a request

You may request copies of Sound Transit records in these ways:

 

  • Online: Click the button below named "Submit a Records Request"
  • Mail: Complete the Public Disclosure Request Form, print it and mail to: Sound Transit, Attention Legal Department, 401 South Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98104.
  • Fax: Complete the Public Disclosure Request Form, print it and then fax to (206) 398-5222.
