Adult:
age 19-64

Youth: age 6-18
Children: age 0-5 (ride free with paying passenger)
Senior or Disabled: age 65+ or qualifying disability

How to pay

Pay for your ride on Sound Transit service using cash or an ORCA card. When riding the train, use cash, Visa or MasterCard to buy a ticket from the vending machine, or tap your ORCA card before you board. When riding the bus, you can use cash or tap ORCA. King County Metro bus tickets are valid only on bus routes operated by Metro.

ST Express bus fares are based on zones. Adult fares range from $2.50 to $3.50 depending on your trip.
