Sammamish Park-and-Ride/228th S.E.

sammamish bus shelter

Description

The Sammamish Park-and-Ride at 228th Southeast is a new park-and-ride lot that improves customer access to transit service. In this rapidly growing area where existing park-and-ride lots are full, this project added 265 new parking stalls with bus loading areas and layover space, bicycle storage facilities and amenities, customer amenities, information kiosks, public art and stormwater treatment facilities. This is one of Sound Transit's first "green" park-and-ride projects.
