Pike Place Market
Opened on August 17, 1907, Pike Place Market remains a vital part of Seattle's social and economic fabric.  It is America's second-oldest continually-operational farmer's market, and attracts millions of tourists and local residents every year.

Pioneer Square
Situated in Downtown Seattle north of the stadiums, and between the Chinatown-International District and the waterfront, historic Pioneer Square enjoys a central location, and is easily accessible by foot, bus, trolley, car, commuter rail, train, or ferry. There is plenty to see and do in Pioneer Square, including a visit to the independent Elliott Bay Book Company.

Chinatown-International District
Located near Pioneer Square and the sports stadiums, the historic Chinatown-International District in Downtown Seattle has become a popular tourist and shopping destination for Asian groceries, goods, and gifts. Uwajimaya is home to Kinokuniya Bookstore, one of Japan's largest bookstore chains, specializing in Asian language books and periodicals.

Westlake Center
Westlake Center situated in Downtown Seattle is a 4 level shopping center offering more than 80 stores and restaurants. Inside you'll find the Galleries of Neiman Marcus, a boutique version of the ultra-high-end retailer and at the top access to Seattle's Famous Monorail.  In addition, one of Downtown Seattle's biggest public spaces, Westlake Park, is directly across the street.
