Auburn Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service

The Auburn Station is located along the existing Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway tracks between A and C streets and from Main Street south to Third Street at the west end of downtown Auburn.

Beacon Hill Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: S.Lander St. between Beacon Ave. S and 17th Ave. S
Station Area Population in 2000: 2,996
Beacon Hill Station will be a Link light rail station located in the city of Seattle in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. This station will be in a tunnel 150 feet below ground, and will include four high speed elevators. The site will be accessed by an entrance on the southeast corner of Beacon Ave. S and S Lander St. Construction will begin in 2004 and the start of service is anticipated in 2009.

Bellevue Transit Center - ST Regional Express Bus Service
Location: 10850 NE 6th St.
Quarter Mile Population in 2000: 777
The transit center includes shelters for waiting passengers. A rider services building will be constructed by 2005, and will include bike storage and services, a Bellevue Police outpost, city of Bellevue and community information and public restrooms. No free parking is associated with the facility. The transit center is on NE 6th st. in Bellevue.

Brooklyn Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: Brooklyn Ave. NE between NE 45th St. and NE 43rd St.
Station Area Population in 2000: 10,059
Brooklyn Station is a proposed Link light rail station on the North Link extension. It would serve the University District neighborhood in Seattle. The station would be built undergound. North Link is currently in the planning stages. A Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement and Sound Transit Board decision on North Link stations is expected by early 2005.

Capitol Hill Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: Nagle Pl at E. Denny Way
Station Area Population in 2000: 7,124
Capitol Hill Station is a proposed Link light rail station on the North Link extension. It is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The station would be an underground station with street access points on Broadway Ave. near the corners of John St. and Howell St. North Link currently is in the planning stages. A Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement and Sound Transit Board decision on North Link stations is expected by early 2005.

DuPont Station - ST Regional Express Bus Service
Location: 1101 Palisade Blvd.

DuPont Station is a regional bus transit facility located in Pierce County. The park-and-ride lot includes 120 parking spaces and shelters for waiting passengers. The site is accessed off of Wilmington Drive in DuPont.

Edmonds Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service
Location: 211 Railroad Ave.
Station Area Population in 2000: 769
Edmonds Station is an interim facility for Sounder commuter rail located in southern Snohomish County. The temporary station includes a platform for waiting and boarding passengers, accessible ramps, and 140 parking spaces. The site is accessed from Edmonds Way on Dayton St. and James St. A permanent station will be built in conjunction with a new ferry pier and Amtrak station. The preferred location is at Point Edwards, southwest of the current location of the passenger rail and Sounder station and ferry terminal.

Everett Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service
Location: 3201 Smith Ave.

Everett Station is the northern terminus of the Everett-Seattle run of Sounder commuter rail. Everett Station is located in western Snohomish County. The station includes a platform for waiting and boarding passengers, and an accessible boarding ramp. There are over 500 parking spaces in two parking lots. The site is accessed from Pacific Ave. on Smith Ave.

Federal Way Transit Center - ST Express Bus Service
Location: 10416 94th Ave. Ct. E.

The Federal Way Transit Center will be a regional bus transit facility located in southern King County. The transit center will include a five level parking garage with 1,200 parking spaces, a pedestrian bridge between the transit center and parking garage, bicycle storage, and shelters for waiting passengers. The site will be accessed off of S 316th St. in Federal Way. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2004, and completion of the transit center is expected by 2005.

First Hill Station - Link Light Rail Service

First Hill Station is a proposed Link light rail station on the North Link extension. It would serve the First Hill neighborhood in Seattle. The station would be built underground. Kent Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service

Station Area Population in 2000: 1,157
Kent Station is a Sounder commuter rail facility located in southern King County. The station includes passenger drop off areas, a platform for waiting and boarding passengers, shelters, accessible boarding ramps, and bicycle lockers. There is a parking garage with 871 parking spaces, plus two additional parking lots. A pedestrian bridge over the tracks will open in the fall of 2004. Kent Station is accessed by James St. and Smith St. in downtown Kent.

King Street Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service
Location: 301 S. Jackson St.
Station Area Population in 2000: 3,930
King Street Station is an intermodal station located in downtown Seattle, in western King County. It is the terminus of the Tacoma to Seattle and the Everett to Seattle Sounder commuter rail routes. The King Street Sounder platform includes accessible ramps. There is no free parking associated with the Sounder station.

Lynnwood Transit Center - ST Express Bus Service

The Lynnwood Transit Center is a regional bus transit facility operated by Community Transit. It is located in southern Snohomish County. This facility provides service with Sound Transit Express bus service and Community Transit. The transit center also includes a park-and-ride lot. The transit center and park-and-ride lot have 1,260 parking spaces, bicycle lockers, a costumer service center, and shelters for waiting passengers. The site is accessed off of 200th St. SW on 48th Ave. W and 46th Ave. W in Lynnwood.

McClellan Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: West of Rainier Ave. S and Martin Luther King Jr. Way S, south of S McClellan Street
Station Area Population in 2000: 2,405
McClellan Station will be a Link light rail station located in the city of Seattle in the Rainier Valley. The station will include an elevated platform and associated escalators, stairs and elevators to bring passengers to the station. McClellan Station will be the first station to the east of the Beacon Hill tunnel. The site will be accessed off of Rainier Ave. S where S Stevens St. currently exists. Construction will begin in 2004 and the start of service is anticipated in 2009.

Mukilteo Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service
Location: Between Mukilteo Lane and Front Street, East of the Mukilteo Speedqay (SR 525)
Station Area Population in 2000: 737
Mukilteo Station will be a Sounder commuter rail facility located in southern Snohomish County. The station design includes station platforms and shelters, a pedestrian overpass, and 120 parking spaces. Operation is scheduled to begin in 2007. The site is accessed from the Mukilteo Speedway on First Street.

Northgate Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: 1st Ave. NE at NE 103rd St.
Station Area Population in 2000: 1,617
Northgate Station is a proposed Link light rail station on the North Link extension. It would be the northern terminus of North Link, serving the Northgate Transit Center and Northgate neighborhood in Seattle. The station would be elevated. North Link is currently in the planning stages. A Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement and Sound Transit Board decision on North Link stations is expected by early 2005.

Puyallup Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service
Location: 131 W Main Street
Station Area Population in 2000: 1,407
Puyallup Station is a Sounder commuter rail facility located in northern Pierce County. Puyallup Station includes boarding areas on either side of the rail line, accessible ramps, bicycle lockers, and shelters. There are 300 parking spaces at Puyallup Station in three lots. The station is accessed via W Main St. on the south side and W Stewart Ave. on the north side of the station.

Roosevelt  Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: near NE 65th Street
Station Area Population in 2000: 776
The North Link light rail route will serve the Roosevelt neighborhood and business district near NE 65th Street. The station includes an underground station between NE 65th and NE 67th Streets, between 12th Avenue NE and Roosevelt Way NE.

S.154th St. Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: International Boulevard and S. 154th St.
Station Area Population in 2000: 2,726
S. 154th St. Station will be a Link light rail station located near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. This station is proposed to be elevated with side platforms, and have 466 parking spaces. The site will be accessed off of International Boulevard/Pacific Highway South and S 154th St. in Tukwila. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2005 and the start of service is anticipated in 2009. The station area is split between the city of SeaTac and the city of Tukwila. The jurisdiction line generally follows State Route 99.

S. 200th St. Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: S. 200th St. and 28th Ave. S
Station Area Population in 2000: 2,692
S. 200th St. Station is a proposed Link light rail station located south of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. This station is still in the planning stages, and funding is being sought to extend Link to S. 200th St. This station would be the southern terminus of Central Link. The proposed station will be accessed on S. 200th St. in SeaTac.

Sammamish Park-and-Ride Lot - ST Express Bus Service
Location: Issaquah-Pine Lake Rd. SE west of 228th Ave. SE

The Sammamish Park-and-Ride lot will be a regional bus transit facility located in east King County. The park-and-ride lot will include 200 to 300 parking spaces, bicycle storage and shelters for waiting passengers. The site will be accessed off of 228th Ave. SE at Issaquah- Pine Lake Rd. SE in Sammamish. An extension of Issaquah-Pine Lake Rd. SE is also planned with this project. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2005.

South Hill Park-and-Ride Lot - ST Express Bus Service

South Tacoma Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service
Location: S Hood St. south of S 56th St.

The South Tacoma Station will be a Sounder commuter rail facility on the Tacoma to Lakewood extension. It is located in southern Tacoma in Pierce County. The station design, which is thirty percent complete, includes station platforms and canopy shelters. Operation is scheduled to begin in 2007. The site is accessed from S 56th St. and S Hood St.

Stadium Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: Montlake Blvd. NE on University of Washington property
Station Area Population in 2000: 2,459
Stadium Station is a proposed Link light rail station on the North Link extension. It would serve the University District and Montlake neighborhoods in Seattle. The station would be built underground. North Link is currently in the planning stages. A Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement and Sound Transit Board decision on North Link stations is expected by early 2005.

Sumner Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service

Sumner Station is a Sounder commuter rail station located in downtown Sumner in northern Pierce County. The station includes a platform for waiting and boarding passengers, a boarding ramp, a shelter, and bicycle lockers. There are 286 parking spaces in two separate lots. The site is accessed from several city streets, including Traffic Ave., Harrison St., Narrow St., Maple St., and Main St.

Tacoma Convention Center Station - Link Light Rail Service
Location: Commerce St. at S 15th St.

The Convention Center Station is a Link light rail station located in downtown Tacoma, in northwest Pierce County. The station includes shelters and seats for waiting passengers. The site is accessed on Commerce St. in downtown Tacoma. There is no free parking associated with the Convention Center Station.

Tacoma Dome Intermodal Station - Sounder Commuter Rail and Link Light Rail Service
Location: Commerce St. at S 15th St.

The Tacoma Dome Intermodal Station is an intermodal station located in downtown Tacoma, in northwestern Pierce County. It is the southern terminus of the Seattle to Tacoma Sounder commuter rail route, and the southern end of the Tacoma Link light rail alignment. The permanent Sounder station is located adjacent to Freighthouse Square off of East 25th St. and East D St. The Link station is on East 25th St. at East E St. Adjacent to the Tacoma Dome Intermodal Station is a parking garage with 2,400 parking spaces.

Tacoma S. 25th Station - Link Light Rail Service

The station includes a shelter for waiting passengers and a community kiosk with visitor information. There is no free parking associated with Union Station. The station is in the median of Pacific Ave. at S 19th St.

Tukwila Station - Sounder Commuter Rail Service

The current Tukwila Station is an interim facility for Sounder commuter rail located in southern King County. The interim station includes a platform for waiting and boarding passengers, pedestrian ramps and staircases, 250 parking spaces, and bicycle lockers. The permanent station is projected to be constructed no later than 2010. The facility is accessed from the West Valley Highway on Longacres Way. The station area straddles the city of Tukwila on the west, and the city of Renton on the east.
