Overnight drivers going through downtown Bellevue should prepare for HOV/Express Toll lane closures on January 3 2018. In preparation for construction of the elevated light rail structure across I-405 Sound Transit’s contractor will set up concrete barriers on I-405 and establish temporary work zones along the highway.

Crews will close HOV/Express Toll lanes on northbound (8 p.m. – 5 a.m.) and southbound (10 p.m. – 5 a.m.) I-405 to set up concrete barriers.The off ramp exit to NE 6th Street will remain open.

Northbound I-405 lane closures will stretch between Main Street and NE 8th Street in Bellevue.

Southbound I-405 lane closure will stretch  between State Route 520 and NE 4th Street in Bellevue.
