Capitol Hill Station

Sound Transit is upgrading signaling equipment between Spring District and Overlake Village stations to improve system reliability.

2 Line trains will arrive every 20 minutes between Lynnwood City Center and Spring District stations, and every 13 minutes between Overlake Village and Downtown Redmond stations.

At Wilburton and Spring District stations, please board all trains on the platform to Lynnwood. At Overlake Village Station, please board all trains on the platform to Downtown Redmond.

2 Line shuttle buses will arrive about every 10 to 15 minutes.

Below are shuttle bus stops for affected stations:

Spring District
• To Lynnwood: 120th Ave NE & NE Spring Blvd
• To Downtown Redmond: 120th Ave NE & NE Spring Blvd

BelRed
• To Lynnwood: 132nd Ave NE & NE Spring Blvd
• To Downtown Redmond: 132nd Ave NE & NE Spring Blvd

Overlake Village
• To Lynnwood: 152nd Ave NE & Da Vinci Ave NE
• To Downtown Redmond: 152nd Ave NE & NE Shen St

To ride the 1 Line and 2 Line from the street:

1. Go to Broadway Ave E and turn right toward E John St.
2. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
3. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.

To ride the 1 Line and 2 Line from the South Mezzanine:

1. Take the pedestrian walkway toward the west exit.
2. Take elevator up to the street.
3. Turn left on Broadway Ave E.
4. Enter the station at the corner of E John St and Broadway Ave E.
5. Take the street level elevator down to the North Mezzanine for elevator access to the platform.

To exit the station from the platform:

1. Go to the opposite end of the platform toward the E John St exit.
2. Take the platform elevator to the North Mezzanine.
3. Take the elevator at the North Mezzanine up to the street (E John St & Broadway Ave E).

1 Line trains will run from Lynnwood City Center Station to Rainier Beach Station and from Sea/Tac Airport Station to Federal Way Station. Tukwila Int'l Blvd Station will remain closed during this disruption.

Trains arrivals will vary:

-Trains from Lynnwood City Center to Int'l District/Chinatown will arrive every 5 - 10 minutes until 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, and until noon on Sunday, April 26, due to the 2 Line signal upgrade.
-Trains from Int'l District/Chinatown to Rainier Beach will arrive every 10 minutes.
-Trains from Sea/Tac Airport to Federal Way will arrive every 10 minutes.

Evening train times will run normal weekend service: Trains will arrive every 12 minutes from 9-11 p.m. and 16 minutes from 11 p.m. to last train.

At Rainier Beach Station, please board all trains on the platform to Lynnwood City Center Station.

At Sea/Tac Airport Station, please board all trains on the platform to Federal Way Downtown Station.

Please follow in-station signage and train signage to ensure that you board the correct train as platforms may change due to operational needs.

From Rainier Beach to SeaTac/Airport station, 1 Line Shuttle buses will arrive about every 10 minutes. Please use 1 Line Shuttle stop signs to identify where to get on and off buses.

- To Lynnwood: M.L. King Jr Wy S and S Henderson St
- To Federal Way: M.L. King Jr Wy S and S Henderson St

Tukwila
- To Lynnwood: Tukwila International Boulevard Station, Bay 2
- To Federal Way: Tukwila International Boulevard Station, Bay 3

Sea/Tacoma Airport
- To Lynnwood: Tukwila International Blvd S and S 176 St
- To Federal Way: Tukwila International Blvd S and S 176 St
