Requests for Records
If you wish to request copies of Sound Transit records, please print and fill out a Public Disclosure Request Form (Select the Word document or pdf) and either mail or fax it back to us. The instructions are on the form. Please note: We cannot accept requests for public records via e-mail. If you have questions about obtaining public records or about our process, you may call Teri Lapetino at (206) 398-5018.

Information Center Library
The Information Center Library collects published reports on Sound Transit projects; transportation association and government publications; transportation, business, and policy and planning periodicals; and other print materials related to public transit. The Information Center Library is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and the public may visit the library by appointment. Please call Andrea Avni, Sound Transit's librarian, at (206) 398-5344.
