North Link Final Supplemental EIS

Sound Transit and the Federal Transit Administration have issued the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to the 1999 Central Link Final Environmental Impact Statement on the light rail transit project running from Downtown Seattle to Northgate.

The North Link Final SEIS includes responses to comments received on the 2003 Draft SEIS (November 2003), the Modified Montlake Addendum (February 2004), and the 2005 Draft SEIS (October 2005).  Following the issuance of the North Link Final SEIS, the Sound Transit Board will select the final route alignment and station locations to be built and their timing.

You may download the Final SEIS and the Appendices below. These documents require the free Adobe Reader to view.

Jackson St., Seattle, WA 98104.  Those who commented on 2003 and 2005 Draft SEIS or the Modified Montlake Addendum will automatically receive a CD-ROM of the entire document.

The printed version of the Final SEIS is also available at most Seattle area public libraries, community centers, neighborhood service centers, and the Sound Transit offices in Seattle.
