<p><strong>Commitment to small business</strong><br /><em>PCL Construction honored</em></p>
<p>Sound Transit's first-ever ‘Above and Beyond' award goes to PCL Construction, which put 42 small businesses to work building the light rail line and station in Tukwila. Fred Auch, PCL's regional vice president, accepts the award from Joni Earl, Sound Transit CEO.</p>
