Sound Transit announces holiday schedules for trains, buses

As the holiday season approaches and many Puget Sound residents prepare to observe Veteran’s Day on Tuesday, Nov 11, Sound Transit reminds commuters that their regular train or bus schedule might be different on upcoming holidays.

On Veteran’s Day, Sound Transit buses and Tacoma Link light rail will operate a normal weekday schedule, but Sounder commuter trains will run their modified holiday schedule. The holiday Sounder schedules have fewer trains, but also a shift in the schedule for mid-morning and mid-afternoon departures, giving travelers more flexibility.
