Help design Sound Transit's future stations for Tacoma Link light rail at July workshops
Sound Transit, the City of Tacoma and Pierce Transit are looking for your ideas to help design the future stations for the Tacoma Link light rail line. Three design workshops will each address specific stations along the 1.6 mile route from the Tacoma Dome to downtown Tacoma.

Ideas and information from the workshops will be collected by Sound Transit staff and will be considered as designs are developed for the Tacoma Link light rail stations.
In addition to the Tacoma Link light rail line, Sound Transit will also build a 21-mile Link light rail line connecting the cities of SeaTac, Tukwila and Seattle; Sounder commuter rail offering two-way rush hour service between Tacoma and Seattle in early 2000 and extend service north to Everett and south to Lakewood by early 2001; and Regional Express service that includes at least 18 new limited-stop ST Express regional bus routes and numerous improvements to transit centers, park-and-ride lots and high-occupancy vehicle lanes throughout the region.
