Sound Transit train, bus schedules for New Year's Day

No Sounder service; special schedules for Central Link, Tacoma Link, and buses on Saturday

Sound Transit trains and buses will operate with special holiday hours on Saturday, Jan. 1. There will be no Sounder rail service, and Sunday schedules will apply for all ST Express buses, Central Link light rail, and Tacoma Link in observation of New Year's Day.

All Sound Transit trains and buses will operate on regular weekday service on Friday, Dec. 31.

Sounder will also operate four round trip special event trains for the 5:15 p.m. Seahawks game on Sunday, Jan. 2. Northbound trains to Seattle leave Tacoma at 2:50 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. Southbound trains leave Everett at 2:40 p.m. and 2:50 p.m. Return trips to Tacoma and Everett leave King Street Station 15 and 30 minutes after the game.
