Sound Transit taps Jeri Cranney as manager for real estate and facilities

Sound Transit ­ the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority - recently selected Jeri Cranney as manager for real estate and facilities. Cranney, 45, will be responsible for overseeing all property acquisition for the three-county, $3.9 billion transportation system. A 25-year veteran in the real estate industry, Cranney previously fulfilled a similar responsibility as the Port of Seattle's senior acquisition manager. She has also held positions with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Great American Asset Management Company and was president of Reliance Asset Management Corporation. Cranney's annual salary is $73,500.
