11 a.m. Regional Express groundbreaking event: Ash Way and
Lynnwood direct access projects
Ash Way Park-and-Ride lot
Ash Way and 164th Street Southwest
Sound Transit Board members, project partners and community leaders will join Sound Transit in breaking ground on the construction of two I-5 direct access ramps. The projects, located at the Ash Way and Lynnwood park and ride facilities, will provide buses with direct access to and from I-5's HOV lanes. The Lynnwood direct access ramps will be open to carpools and vanpools as well as buses.
11 a.m. - Groundbreaking for Ash Way Direct Access Project
11:30 a.m. - Board buses to Lynnwood Transit Center, 202nd Street Southwest and 46th Avenue West
11:45 a.m. - Groundbreaking for Lynnwood Direct Access Project
12 p.m. - Board buses back to Ash Way Park-and-Ride Lot
