Sound Transit will hold the first of two open houses/public hearings providing information and an opportunity to comment on the North Link Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS).. The SEIS addresses options for building Link light rail from Downtown Seattle to the University District and Northgate. The open house will take place from 5 to 8 p.m., with the public hearing running from 6 to 8 p.m.

The Citizen Oversight Panel (COP) will hold its regular twice-monthly meeting.
