Sound Transit, in partnership with the Puget Sound Regional Council, is hosting its third annual bicycle community forum. King County Executive Ron Sims will speak at 7:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. Transit education at Meridian Elementary School

Second grade students from Meridian Elementary School will meet Zap Gridlock and participate in Sound Transit's education curriculum, including train and construction site safety and how to ride buses and trains.

Stewart Elementary School will hold a student assembly for students to meet Zap Gridlock and participate in Sound Transit's education curriculum, including train and construction site safety and how to ride buses and trains.

Sound Transit Board member Jack Crawford and Regional Express Director Agnes Govern will provide an update on Sound Transit plans and projects.

The public will have the opportunity to provide input to the architectural and design team as it begins planning for the South Tacoma commuter rail station.
