Sound Transit Board Chair Ron Sims and Executive Director Joni Earl will present the Sound Transit road map for 2002. Sims will lay down his performance markers for the agency and report on milestones accomplished to-date; Earl will describe reforms the agency has made in the past year.

City staff will present an interlocal agreement on the SR 522 HOV Enhancement Project (Kenmore to Bothell) to the Council.

Sound Transit staff will brief the Council on Sound Transit capital projects and bus service plans in the Woodinville/Bothell areas, including HOV improvements, the Bothell Canyon Park Flyer Stop, and the newly approved ST Express route 522.

The Citizens' Accessibility Advisory Committee, which was established by Sound Transit to review plans and programs and advise the agency about accessibility issues, will hold its regular monthly meeting.

The Trans-Lake Washington project, a joint effort of Sound Transit, WSDOT, FHWA and FTA, is evaluating information for increasing mobility across Lake Washington. This purpose of this meeting is to present plans to the Montlake community and gather feedback.

Sound Transit staff will host an open house to collect community input and present design information on the Tacoma Dome Sounder commuter rail station.
