Puyallup Fair Special ST Express service
There's no better way to "Do the Puyallup" - and get a coupon for $2 off fair admission - than by riding special ST Express bus service on Saturdays and Sundays, September 6-7, 13-14 and 20-21. ST Express Route 599 Seattle/Kent - Puyallup Fair will depart every hour from downtown Seattle and the Kent-Des Moines Park-and-Ride between 8:15 a.m. and 10:15 p.m. Return buses will depart every hour from the fair's Blue Gate between 9:40 a.m. and 10:40 p.m. ST Express Route 589 Auburn - Puyallup Fair will depart every 30 minutes from the Auburn Park-and-Ride between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. Return buses depart from the fair's Blue Gate every half hour between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. (Please see www.soundtransit.org for detailed route and schedule information.)

Sound Transit will hold a public hearing to obtain feedback on Tacoma Link paratransit service.

The Citizens' Accessibility Advisory Committee, which was established by Sound Transit to review plans and programs and advise the agency about accessibility issues, will hold its regular monthly meeting.

10 a.m. Dedication - Interim Issaquah Highlands Park-and-Ride Lot

9th Avenue NE at NE Park Drive, Issaquah

Sound Transit, Port Blakely Communities, the City of Issaquah and King County Metro will dedicate an interim park-and-ride lot providing a convenient location for residents of the Issaquah Highlands and Sammamish Plateau to leave their vehicles and catch newly added ST Express Route 554 service to downtown Seattle on weekdays.

The public and news media are invited to join Sen. Patty Murray and Sound Transit Board members and staff in dedicating the Sounder Tacoma Dome concourse and station. With the completion of the station, there's nowhere in the region where the multi-modal future of transportation is more visible. Tacoma Dome Station brings together Sounder commuter rail, Tacoma Link light rail, ST Express buses, Pierce Transit buses, Greyhound bus service, and nearby Amtrak inter-city rail service at a single location with a 2,400-stall park-and-ride facility.
