Special Sounder trains for July 18 soccer match

Show your Sounders FC spirit this weekend by riding the wave on a special Sounder train to the match on Sunday, July 18 at noon.

The special Sounder service for the soccer match will serve Sounder stations in Auburn, Edmonds, Everett, Kent, Mukilteo, Puyallup, Sumner, Tacoma and Tukwila, carrying fans to Seattle's King Street Station, just a short walk to Qwest Field. Regular Sounder fares apply.

Southbound trains will depart Everett Station at 10:15 a.m. and northbound from Tacoma Dome Station at 10 a.m. Return-trip trains will leave King Street Station 35 minutes after the match ends, so fans will see every play and every shot. Along with special Sounder service, riders can hop on Central Link light rail, with stops at Stadium Station and International District/Chinatown Station just a short walk to Qwest Field. Regularly scheduled ST Express bus routes can also connect football fans around the region with Qwest Field. Riders can avoid long ticket lines and get to their special event on time by purchasing train tickets or ORCA cards in advance.
