U.S. Court of Appeals upholds dismissal of lawsuit opposing light rail

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit today ruled in Sound Transit's favor in a lawsuit brought two years ago by the light rail opposition group Save Our Valley. The Court affirmed an earlier ruling by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Barbara Rothstein, dismissing the lawsuit.
