Sound Transit trains, buses on regular schedule for Veterans Day

Sound Transit's Central Link light rail, Sounder commuter rail, Tacoma Link, and regional bus service will operate on regular schedule for the Veterans Day holiday on Thursday, November 11.

The first Central Link trains to Sea-Tac Airport leave Stadium Station and Westlake at 4:40 a.m. and 5:05 a.m. respectively, with service every 7 to 10 minutes between 6:00 and 10:00 p.m., and every 15 minutes before 6:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. The first northbound train to Seattle leaves Sea-Tac at 5:04 a.m., with final service to Westlake departing at 12:10 a.m. and Mt. Baker Station at 12:50 a.m.

Sounder commuter rail service from Tacoma begins at 4:55 a.m., with nine weekday peak trips to Puyallup, Sumner, Auburn, Kent, Tukwila and Seattle. The last morning service to Seattle leaves Tacoma at 8:00 a.m., and the last southbound train to Tacoma departs King Street Station at 6:15 p.m. Service from Everett begins at 5:45 a.m., with stops in Mukilteo and Edmonds before arriving in Seattle at 6:44 a.m. Four weekday Sounder trips serve the north line, with the last train to Everett leaving Seattle at 5:35 p.m.

The first Tacoma Link trains leave Tacoma Dome at 5:30 a.m. and the Theatre District at 5:20 a.m., with service every 10 minutes from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and every 20 minutes before 7:00 a.m. and between 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Sound Transit's ST Express bus service currently operates 26 routes throughout the region. Timetables for specific bus routes and schedules for other Sound Transit services can be found at Riding-Sound-Transit/Schedules-and-Facilities.xml.

In honor of Veterans Day, the ORCA Call Center and ORCA Customer Service offices will be closed on Thursday
