Walsh Construction Co. II, LLC, Sound Transit's general construction contractor for the Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension, has sub-leased the property located on the southeast corner of South 38th Street and Pacific Avenue ("Rite Aid" lot) for staging of equipment and storage of various materials such as rail, construction trucks, utilities and stockpile materials for hauling to work zones or off site.
