Project update

Community engagement and your comments are an important piece of the planning process. People gather around light rail plans at a public meeting to provide feedback.

Attend a public meeting!

This is your chance to learn more and ask questions about the Everett Link light rail extension into Snohomish County, and the upcoming environmental review process. We have updated information to share about the route, station and operations and maintenance facility options we studied in 2022 and we want to hear from you!

There will be three meetings where you can hear from the Sound Transit experts and get answers in real time:

  • Attend a virtual public meeting via Zoom (meeting links online):
    • Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 7, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
    • Wednesday, March 1, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Attend an in-person meeting:
    • Wednesday, February 15, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Cascade High School cafeteria, 801 E. Casino Rd., Everett, WA 98203

Registration in advance is not required. We plan to have live closed captioning at the virtual meetings and interpretation in Spanish, Korean and Russian at all the public meetings. You can also contact us at everettlink@soundtransit.org or 206-370-5533 to let us know about your accessibility needs in advance.
