Date correction: Overnight closures on Military Rd S in Federal Way

What

Sound Transit’s contractors will close a small portion of Military Road South in Federal Way for Link light rail deck construction.

When

Closures will happen overnight beginning at 10 p.m. and continuing through 5 a.m. the following morning

• Monday, May 9 – Thursday, May 12
• Monday, May 16 – Thursday, May 19

Where

Military Rd S near S 304th St in Federal Way (See map)

More

• Work will take place overnight 10 p.m. – 5 a.m.
• Crews will try to reduce noise when possible
• Detours will be in place via Military Rd S and 28th Ave S
• Heavy equipment, included cranes and trucks, will be used
