On Tuesday, Nov. 1, Sound Transit will be closing the NE 175th Street to northbound I-5 on-ramp and performing a two-right-lane closure along NB I-5 leading up to the work zone. Crews will be moving equipment along NB I-5 at the NE 195th Street pedestrian overpass. This work is part of the Lynnwood Link Extension light rail project.
What
- Sound Transit will be performing this work at night due to ramp closure restrictions to reduce traffic slowdowns.
- Work will involve typical noise to adjacent neighbors, not much louder than freeway noise.
- It will take one working night to complete this work. If the work is delayed, new night ramp closures will be scheduled and a new flyer will be provided to residents.
When
- Tuesday, Nov. 1 - Nov. 2 from 11 p.m - 7 a.m.

- Along the Sound Transit guideway around NE 195th Street Pedestrian Overpass.
- NE 175th Street to NB I-5 on-ramp.
- Detour routes are in place (see map).
