Free Youth Transit Pass
Beginning September 1st, youth 18 and younger can ride for free on all Sound Transit services. Riders with an ORCA Youth Card should continue using their ORCA card when riding. Youth without an ORCA card can apply for a free card here. No youth will be turned away or penalized if they do not have an ORCA card.
ORCA LIFT
Also on September 1st, one-way ORCA LIFT fares for low-income adults will be reduced from $1.50 to $1.
