Between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., crews will be closing the East and Westbound I-90 Exit to Bellevue Way Southeast, for work on the East Link Extension. The HOV lanes on these exits will be closed an hour earlier, from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. This nighttime work will start on Sunday, October 16th, 2022, and go through Sunday, October 23rd, 2022.
