Suspension Ongoing

1 Line service is suspended between Angle Lake and Star Lake stations until further notice due to power issues.

In effect: Jan. 17, 4:32 a.m.

Routes: 1 Line

Trains are still running between Lynnwood City Center and Angle Lake stations, and between Star Lake and Federal Way Downtown stations.

1 Line Shuttle buses have replaced 1 Line service between Angle Lake and Star Lake stations. See below for shuttle bus stops:

Angle Lake
- to Federal Way: S 200th St & 28th Ave S

Kent Des Moines
- to Lynnwood: The westbound bus pull-out lane on S 236th St
- to Federal Way: The eastbound bus pull-out lane on S 236th St

Star Lake
- to Lynnwood: Star Lake Station - Bay 3

Link shuttle Ongoing

From 10 p.m. until the end of service on Friday, Jan. 16, and on Sunday, Jan. 18, from the start of service to noon, 1 Line shuttle buses will replace trains between Capitol Hill and SODO stations for planned maintenance.

In effect: Jan. 16-18

Routes: 1 Line

Sound Transit is upgrading signaling equipment in downtown Seattle stations to improve system reliability.

During the times listed below, 1 Line Shuttle buses will replace trains between Capitol Hill and SODO stations:

- From 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, until end of service.
- On Saturday, Jan. 17, maintenance has been canceled (normal operations) due to the Seahawks playoff game. - GO HAWKS!
- From Start of service on Sunday, Jan. 18, until noon.

1 Line trains will arrive every 15 minutes between Lynnwood City Center and Capitol Hill stations, and every 15 minutes between SODO and Federal Way Downtown stations.

Capitol Hill board trains on the northbound platform unless otherwise directed.
SODO board trains on the northbound platform.

1 Line Shuttle buses will arrive at closed stations every 10-15 minutes. Below are shuttle stops for affected stations:

- to Federal Way: Broadway & E Denny Way - Bay 4

Westlake
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & Pine St
- to Federal Way: Pine St & 5th Ave

Symphony
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & Union St
- to Federal Way: 3rd Ave & Union St

Pioneer Square
- to Lynnwood: 3rd Ave & James St
- to Federal Way: 3rd Ave & James St

International District/Chinatown
- to Lynnwood: 4th Ave S & S Jackson St
- to Federal Way: 5th Ave S & S Weller St

Stadium
- to Lynnwood: SODO Busway & S Royal Brougham Way
- to Federal Way: SODO Busway & S Royal Brougham Way

SODO
- to Lynnwood: SODO Busway & S Lander St

Shuttle buses will drop southbound passengers on the south side of the Lander intersection. To reach the station, go toward the Lander and SODO Busway intersection, turn right to cross SODO Busway, then turn left to cross Lander and continue towards the station.

Adult (age 19-64)
One-way fares are $3.00.
Low-income adult (ORCA LIFT)
One-way fares are $1.00.
Senior/disabled (age 65+ or qualifying disability)
One-way fares are $1.00.
Youth (18 and under)

Day passes
Day passes (good for round-trip or multi-trip rides) are also available from ticket machines.

How to pay

Pay before you board the train with the following options:

ORCA card - Tap your card on the card reader before you enter the Fare Paid Zone.
Ticket purchased with cash or credit card - Ticket machines are available at all Link stations.
Transit GO Ticket app - Tickets may be purchased with credit card in the app. Activate your purchased ticket prior to boarding. Show your activated ticket to the fare enforcement officer onboard if requested.

You may report a lost item three ways:

By calling Metro at 206-553-3000, or 1-800-542-7876, select option 2; Weekdays, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
By visiting the King Street Center at 201 S. Jackson St., Seattle; Weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
