As early as Tuesday, Feb. 28, contractors will be performing early morning and night work from inside of the Sound Transit guideway at the NE 148th St. Station Garage as a part of the Lynnwood Link Extension. The work will involve a concrete saw cutting and the use of light plants. Given weather conditions, work will proceed as weather permits.
What to know:
- Trucks will be entering and exiting from 5th Ave. NE to the NE 148th St. Station Garage entrance/work zone.
- Residents should expect noise from heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Work will consist of nine (9) working nights out of the dates noted below to complete work, with multiple contingency nights scheduled in case the work becomes delayed.
- Given weather conditions, work will proceed as weather permits. If the work is delayed or takes longer than expected, more days will be added and a new flyer will be provided to residents.
When:
- Tuesday, Feb. 28, through Friday, Mar. 3, from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following mornings.
- Monday, Mar. 6, through Friday, Mar. 10, from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following mornings.
