Changes on how you engage with the West Seattle Link Extension and Ballard Link Extension projects
We are changing how you keep up with the West Seattle Link Extension and Ballard Link Extension projects. As you likely recall, these projects are on separate environmental timelines, so we’re starting to share information about each project separately. Now, we have two new Sound Transit system expansion project pages: one for West Seattle Link Extension and one for Ballard Link Extension. On those new project pages, you can connect with the project team through two new email addresses: westseattlelink@soundtransit.org and ballardlink@soundtransit.org. We hope this uncoupling process allows you to focus on the project you’re most interested in. Learn more about the change on our Platform blog post.
We have also separated email updates for the West Seattle Link Extension and the Ballard Link Extension. As a result, you are currently receiving emails on both lists.
If you prefer to receive project updates for only one project, update your subscription status to West Seattle Link Extension or Ballard Link Extension.
What’s next? In mid-December, we will have an online open house for each project, where you can peruse detailed information.
