As early as Monday, July 31, Sound Transit will close northbound I-5 on-ramp and off-ramp at NE 107th Street as a part of the Lynnwood Link Extension project.
What to know:
- 1st Avenue NE, from Northgate Way to NE 103rd Street (including on and off-ramps), will be closed. Detour routes are in place for drivers (see maps).
- Crews will work at night to minimize traffic effects.
- Residents can expect nightly construction noise from equipment.
- If the work is delayed, additional ramp closures will be scheduled. A new flyer will be provided to the residents.
When:
- Monday, July 31, through Tuesday, Aug. 1, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., the following mornings.

- Northbound I-5 on-ramp from NE 107th St.
- Northbound I-5 off-ramp to NE 107th St.
- 1st Ave NE from Northgate Way to NE 103rd St.
