Tell us what you think of potential walking, bicycling, and bus improvements

Sound Transit is making investments near our South Tacoma station to make the Sounder train more convenient for all. Potential improvements could include new sidewalks, improved pedestrian crossings, bicycle lanes and paths, upgraded bus stops, and more.

We want to hear from you! Learn more and give us your input:

  • Visit the online open house through Oct. 26.
  • Attend a drop-in session:
    • South Tacoma Station, 5650 S Washington St: Tuesday, Oct. 12, 4:30-7 p.m.
    • Farmers Market at Asia Pacific Cultural Center, 4851 S Tacoma Way: Friday, Oct. 15, 12-2 p.m.

Attend the virtual Q&A session: Monday, Oct. 18, 12-1 p.m. (see link at  https://soundersouth.participate.online)

Seahawks game trains are back!

By popular demand – we will be running Sounder South trains for several Seattle Seahawks games this year: on Oct. 31, Nov. 21, Dec. 26, and Jan. 2. Remember - masks are required on board all trains and at stations.
