Policy 301 - Preventing Organizational Conflicts of Interest in Planning, Design and Construction Management

This policy applies to Sound Transit procurement and contracts and, under particular circumstances, the eligibility of professional design consultants for contract award as prime consultants or participation as subconsultants.
