Today, the Sound Transit Board approved a pilot program to install and test fare gates at up to 14 stations on the Link 1 and 2 Lines, a practical move that aligns our transit system with other world-class systems across the globe.

reel icon Two new Night Bus routes are rolling out soon 🌃

Route 547 (running between downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Redmond) will start service on Aug. 29, and Route 597 (serving the same stations as pilot Route 570 and extending south to Federal Way, Tacoma, and Lakewood) starts Aug. 30.

Both will run about every 30 minutes, starting shortly after the last trains. We look forward to seeing you on board, day or night.
