Link light rail service will be temporarily suspended Sunday morning

Publish Date

Link light rail service will temporarily stop running Sunday, August 2 from approximately 5:45 a.m. to 8 a.m. to allow for system upgrades.

During the service interruption, Sound Transit will provide free shuttle buses, which will run every 30 minutes. Riders should leave additional time for their trips.

The first southbound shuttle bus will leave University of Washington station at 5:44 am and the first northbound shuttle will leave Angle Lake station at 6 a.m. The estimated trip time from UW station to SeaTac/Airport station is one hour and 40 minutes. Light rail trains are expected to return to their regular Sunday service at approximately 8 a.m.
