Single trip rates:

One zone: $2 adult - $1.50 youth - $1 seniors and disabled

Two zones: $3 adult - $2.25 youth - $1.50 seniors and disabled

Three zones: $4 adult - $3 youth - $2 seniors and disabled

Passes available for a day, one week, two weeks or one month

Monthly pass rates:

One zone: $72 adult - $54 youth - $36 seniors and disabled

Two zones: $108 adult - $81 youth - $54 seniors and disabled

Three zones: $144 adult - $108 youth - $72 seniors and disabled

Sounder tickets and passes can be purchased at state-of-the-art touch screen machines. The machines accept cash and credit cards with debit cards on line soon.

Five are located at the Tacoma Dome commuter parking garage, three at the Auburn Sounder station, three at Seattle King Street station platform and one at the Union Station concourse.

Since a ticket vending machine won't be available at Sumner for a few months, riders boarding at Sumner receive a payment envelope, which can be dropped off at King Street Station, or tickets and passes can be purchased at other stations.
