Sound Transit offering COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Union Station July 30
Free vaccinations available to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In collaboration with King County Public Health, Sound Transit is offering free COVID-19 vaccinations to members of the public at Union Station on Friday, July 30. Everyone age 12 years and older is currently eligible for COVID-19 vaccination. Pre-registration is not required.
Several COVID-19 vaccines are authorized for emergency use by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). These vaccines were shown to be safe and effective in clinical trials. They were developed, tested and authorized using the same rigorous process used for other successful vaccines.
Data show the COVID-19 vaccines are safe, and serious side effects are rare. Vaccination greatly reduces the chances of hospitalization or death from COVID-19.
Anyone interested in receiving the vaccine should come to Union Station, 401 S Jackson Street, south concourse (near the Union Station bike cage). During this time, the Joni Earl Great Hall will remain closed.
