The Sound Transit Rider Experience & Operations Committee will convene a special committee meeting on February 9th from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The February committee meeting was rescheduled to fit committee members’ schedules. The meeting time is now confirmed for 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on February 9th instead of its usual time and date.
At the meeting, the committee will consider a range of agenda items including an information technology contract with CDW Government LLC for technology solutions, products, and services; an operations contract with HNTB Corporation for Light Rail Simulation modeling and strategic advisory services; and a recommendation that the Board approve the 2021 Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan submittal to WSDOT. >The committee will also receive a report on the audit findings and response for the November 26th Link light rail incident.
