Sound Transit seeks public feedback on 2027 Service Plan
Survey and details for changes to ST Express, Link light rail service open now through July 27

Sound Transit invites the public to learn more and provide feedback about proposed changes to future Link light rail and ST Express bus service.
The 2027 Service Plan survey is open until July 27. Riders are asked to provide their feedback on proposed changes to ST Express service, including improved frequency on ST Express Route 560 and bus stop changes on select routes, as well as potential adjustments to Link light rail schedules to enhance system resiliency.
The public can learn more about the 2026 Service Plan and provide feedback via survey.
The survey is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Tagalog.
A virtual information session will be held on July 21 at 6:00 p.m. to present proposed service changes and answer questions.
A Spanish interpreter will be available during the virtual session, and language assistance is available upon request. Anyone needing interpretation or translation services may contact servicechanges@soundtransit.org.
