All day Overlake Transit Center north lot parking opens

The north lot of the Overlake Transit Center will open for commuters (the south lot will open within two weeks). When both lots are open, there will be more than 200 new parking spaces for commuters.

Sound Transit staff will provide an update on the status of the Renton HOV Improvement Projects.

The Citizens' Accessibility Advisory Committee, which was established by Sound Transit to review plans and programs and advise the agency about accessibility issues, will hold its regular monthly meeting.

Sound Transit staff will provide an update on the Link light rail Operations and Maintenance Facility and SODO-area construction impacts.

4-7:30 p.m. Trans-Lake Washington Project -- Community design workshop

The Trans-Lake Washington project, a joint effort of Sound Transit, WSDOT, FHWA and FTA, is evaluating information for increasing mobility across Lake Washington. This workshop will solicit community input on local issues, such as transit access, potential lid locations and neighborhood connectivity opportunities.

Sound Transit's Diversity Programs Office will provide information about upcoming bid opportunities with all Sound Transits service lines and departments. The April 25 session will focus on opportunities in construction, construction management and related areas.
