Sound Transit Board Chairman Ron Sims will debate Booth Gardner, former Washington governor and a Sound Transit critic. Pre-registration for this box lunch event is required by calling (206) 682-7395. Capacity is limited. Admission costs are $16 for CityClub members, $19 for guests and members of co-presenting organizations and $22 for the general public.
