5-7 p.m. Land Acquisition Public Hearing

Sound Transit will hold a public hearing on the proposed acquisition of three parcels of land from the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

  • Woodinville Park-and-Ride lot located at 140th Ave NE & NE 179th Street. Sound Transit's proposed use will continue as a transit park-and-ride. A mixed use development with housing is also proposed.

  • Mercer Island Park-and-Ride lot located at 80th Ave SE & N. Mercer Way. The proposed use will continue as a transit park-and-ride. Plans include construction of structured parking on the site.

  • Issaquah Park-and-Ride lot located at SR 900 & Newport Way. The proposed use will continue as a transit center. Plans include construction of structured parking on the site. A portion of the site may be transferred to the City to construct an Emergency Fire and Rescue station.
