Special Sounders FC and Seahawks Sounder trains this weekend

Sounder trains will serve Saturday Sounders FC match against Portland Timbers, Sunday Seahawks game against Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Sounders FC and Seattle Seahawks fans can hop aboard special Sound Transit Sounder trains this weekend to enjoy hassle-free travel to and from the games.

Sounders FC Game Day Train Service - Saturday, Nov. 2Inbound trains to the highly-anticipated 7 p.m. match between the Sounders FC and the Portland Timbers on Saturday will depart Lakewood Station at 4:30 p.m. and Everett Station at 4:50 p.m. Trains will arrive at King Street Station at 5:43 p.m. and 5:49 p.m., respectively - in time to enjoy pregame festivities. 

Outbound trains back to Lakewood and Everett leave 35 minutes after the game. Detailed schedules by station can be found here: http://www.soundtransit.org/Schedules/Event-services/Sounders-FC.

Seahawks Game Day Train Service - Sunday, Nov. 3Inbound trains for the Seahawks game on Sunday will depart Lakewood at 9:50 and 10:30 a.m. and Sumner at 10:37 a.m. The first train leaving Lakewood is an express service that stops in South Tacoma, Tacoma and Puyallup before continuing directly to Seattle, where it arrives at King Street Station at 10:57 a.m. The second train departs Sumner at 10:37 a.m. with stops in Auburn, Kent and Tukwila before reaching Seattle at 11:19 a.m. A third train leaves Lakewood at 10:30 and stops at all southline Sounder stations before arriving at King Street Station at 11:43 a.m. 

Inbound trains from Snohomish County will depart Everett at 10:15 and 10:30 a.m. with stops in Mukilteo and Edmonds, arriving at King Street Station at 11:14 and 11:29 a.m. 
Return trains to Lakewood will depart King Street Station 10, 20 and 45 minutes after the game ends. Returns trains to Everett will leave Seattle 15 and 35 minutes after the game. Link light rail serves 13 stations in downtown Seattle, SODO, Beacon Hill, Rainier Valley, Tukwila and SeaTac. Link's Stadium Station is a four-block walk from Century Link Field and Safeco Field.

Regular fares will apply for all Sound Transit services. ORCA and all standing transit passes will be accepted.  Getting an ORCA card is a great way to skip lines at ticket vending machines. Cards only cost $5 for adults, plus whatever amount a rider chooses to load in the card's E-Purse or the cost of a pass that is good for unlimited transit trips.
