In the Summer of 2018, Sound Transit is expected to release a request for proposals (RFP) for the development of a transit oriented development (TOD) on the property located on the northeast corner of 26th Avenue South and South 200th Street, next to the existing Sound Transit Angle Lake Station and Park & Ride Facility.

The first step is to reach out and hear from local stakeholders and residents to hear what local stakeholder priorities are for the area. This feedback is vital in assisting Sound Transit staff evaluate future development proposals so the highest quality development can occur next to the Angle Lake Light Rail Station, providing crucial access for residents and workers between Angle Lake and the rest of the region. Residents, commuters, and others with an interest in this RFP are encouraged to stop by Sound Transit's information table, located on the Angle Lake Station Plaza next to the parking garage, on April 26 and May 2 between 4 and 7 p.m.
