From Oct. 21 through Oct. 23, from 11 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., 1 Line service between Rainier Beach and Angle Lake stations will be suspended for scheduled maintenance. Trains will continue to operate during service hours between Rainier Beach and Lynnwood.
In effect: Oct. 21, 11:00 p.m. - 11:01 p.m.
Routes: 1 Line
1 Line shuttle buses will replace trains between Rainier Beach to Tukwila International Boulevard stations, running every 10 minutes.
Shuttle stops toward Lynnwood:
- Tukwila Int'l Blvd Station - Bay #2
- Rainier Beach - MLK Jr Way & Rainier Ave S
Shuttle stops toward Angle Lake:
- Rainier Beach - MLK Jr Way & Rainier Ave S
- Tukwila Int'l Blvd Station - Bay #2
Passengers traveling between Tukwila Int’l Blvd and Angle Lake stations can use the RapidRide A Line. This bus route runs every 25–30 minutes.
A line stops:
- Tukwila Int'l Blvd Station: Bay 1
- SeaTac/Airport Station: International Blvd & S 176th St
- Angle Lake Station: International Blvd & S 200th St

The work schedule is subject to change.
Starting on September 11 through November 14, the south parking lot at Lynnwood Transit Center will be closed to vehicles. This is to allow for construction of a new trash enclosure.

SeaTac Airport Station 2nd pedestrian bridge elevator construction begins January 8, 2025.
In effect: Jan. 8, 3:00 a.m.
Routes: 1 Line
During times where pedestrian walkways are blocked and elevator access is unavailable, passengers may catch the Rapid Ride A Line bus from SeaTac Airport Station to Tukwila International Boulevard Station in order to use the 1 Line.
The pedestrian bridge from the station to the airport will be unaffected and available throughout the duration of this project.
Beginning February 10, 2025 half of the passenger pick up/drop off area will be closed, as will some parts of the plaza near the stairs and existing elevator as equipment begins to come in for construction of the new elevator.
Additional information about changes in elevator accessibility will be provided as it comes available.
On Sunday, Oct. 26, shuttle buses will replace 1 Line service between Mount Baker and SODO stations. This all-day shutdown is for scheduled maintenance on the Emergency Ventilation System.
In effect: Oct. 26-27
