American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation

ASL interpretation services will be provided during this meeting. Two interpreters will be present in the list of panelists sharing their video during the meeting, and transferring interpretation responsibilities every 15 minutes. Each will have the title "ASL Interpreter" followed by their name to aid in identification.

You can pin their video to your screen to ensure that they are visually present at all times in two ways. First by clicking on the more options button on the top right of their video panel and selecting the "Lock a participant to this location". This will keep them in the same location relative to all of the other participant video panels, which shift over the course of a meeting.

The second way is to select the "Move to stage" option, which prioritizes that particular video above all others. You may do this for multiple panelists.

Again, please be aware that the interpreters will be two different panelists, so if you focus on one person, you will need to switch to the other when they transfer interpretation each 15 minutes.
