Finance and Audit Committee Special Meeting

The Finance and Audit Committee is responsible for the oversight/review of the agency's financial plan, financial statements, internal and external audits and internal controls. Learn more about the committee.

What to expect at the meeting:

Members of the public may attend the meetings in a variety of ways including dialing in via touch-tone phone, through their browser, or via the WebEx mobile app.

Meetings start at the scheduled time, but may be delayed until a quorum of the members are present.

The WebEx software requires that you enter a name, email address, and the meeting password. Sound Transit will not verify this information or use it to contact you. The password is automatically entered in the field for you, but if it is missing, please enter the following password: Agency

The video and audio connections will be available during the meeting, scheduled from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on October 14, 2020. Meetings will be recorded and posted to the soundtransit.org website 24-48 hours after the meeting.

Public comment on items on the Board's agenda will only be accepted via email. Comments should be sent to: emailtheboard@soundtransit.org. Comments received up to one hour before the meeting will be provided to Board members electronically during the meeting. Comments received after that deadline will be provided to Board members after the meeting.

The content of all comments submitted will be posted to the Sound Transit website following the meeting. Please be aware that if you offer your contact information within your comment, it will be part of the public record and posted along with the rest of your comment.
