Dual disruption will impact train service May 30-31
Buses replace trains from Capitol Hill to Stadium and South Bellevue stations

1 Line and 2 Line trains will experience significant disruptions on Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31 for planned system maintenance on the Crosslake Connection and rail replacement in the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel. Link shuttle buses will replace trains, serving all affected stations during the closure.
During the closure, 1 Line trains will operate from Lynnwood to Capitol Hill and from Stadium to Federal Way. 2 Line trains will operate between South Bellevue and Downtown Redmond.
Shuttle bus service will serve the entire span of the disruption.
- 1 Line shuttle buses will operate between Capitol Hill and Stadium, stopping at all closed stations.
- 2 Line shuttle buses will operate between South Bellevue and International District/Chinatown, stopping at all closed stations.
Passengers should anticipate significant increases in travel time and may wish to consider alternate transit options.
- Crosslake service via I-90 is also available on ST Express Routes 550 and 554, and on SR 520 is available via ST Express Routes 545 and 542.
- Airport or Federal Way bound passengers should consider King County Metro Route 48 for service between U District and Mount Baker, KCM Route 8 from Capitol Hill to Mount Baker, or KCM Route 60 for connections from Capitol Hill to Beacon Hill.
- For Mariner fans coming via Capitol Hill, the First Hill Streetcar provides a direct connection to Pioneer Square and the Stadium district.
